The President of Papageorgiou General Hospital of Thessaloniki cordially invites you to the “Capitalization Event of all 9a Priority projects funded by the Programme Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020”
 
The session will take place on Thursday, October the 1st 2020, at 11:00 – 16:00.

The event will gather all projects implemented under GR-BG Priority 9a:
e-SOHECA, E/HEALTH, eHealth Μonitoring, equal2health, HS-Care, INTERSYC II, Med4All, MediciNet II, RemoteCARE, SMART_MED, SMiLe, The Healthy Municipality and Health Care Center.

The scope of the event is to generate a full report, focused on an ex-post evaluation, with all findings and recommendations as a contribution towards the planning of the 2021-2027 Programme, including a summary of achievements of the Programming Period 2014-2020.
 
Projects’ representatives are invited to showcase their project by means of: a. objectives and targets, b. real deliverables, c. obstacles & problems, 
d. results-outputs-outcomes-indicators, e. evaluation of 2014-2020 Call, and f. recommendations towards the planning of the 2021-2027 Programme.  All presentations should be in the English language. The available time for each presentation is 10 minutes. A written abstract of each presentation should be sent in ppt, pptx, doc, docx or pdf format not later than the 28th of September.
 
Health Authorities are invited to evaluate the current interventions and suggest further initiatives.
 
All travel expenses of the participants will be covered by the organizer during the event (upon presentation of invoice, receipt or any other proof of payment) including gas/petrol and tolls.
 
COVID Measures:
- Due to Social Distancing Measures, each project can be represented with no more than 2 persons
- Only registered representatives can attend the event
- Bulgarian participants’ PCR test cost will be covered by the organiser during the event (upon presentation of invoice, receipt or any other proof of payment slip)
- Although the guests are expected to be less than 45 the hall will have a capacity of 120 people; attendants will be located at least 1,5 meters away of each other; masks, gloves and hand sanitizers will be provided to each participant at the reception.
- Welcome coffee and free lunch will be available
