Six 1-day training seminars will be organized by the National Emergency Aid Center Directorate of Thessaloniki in six Municipalities of the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace (Paranesti, K.Nevrokopi, Xanthi, Myki, Iasmos and Didimoteicho)in October, aiming to the citizens’ training with regards to the basic life support, the use of the automatic external defibrillator, the recovery position and the first aid provision in emergency situations.
The calendar of the training seminars is presented below:

The training seminars will be organised within the project SMiLe «Strengthening primary Medical care in IsoLated and deprived cross-border arEas», which is being implemented in the framework of the Cooperation Programme Interreg V-A «Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020», coordinated by the 4th Health District of Macedonia and Thrace with the participation of the National Emergency Aid Centre, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Medical School), the Multi-profile Hospital for Active Treatment of Ardino and the Municipality of Harmanli.
