Project Cap Tour: Closing Event

CapTour is an innovative project that supports small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in the Tourism industry, in the cross-border area of Greece-Bulgaria. The project focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises in the tourism sector, as their role has a great impact on the socio-economic development of the cross-border region. The development of tourism entrepreneurship is considered a dynamic factor for the development of local communities.

Within the project, training, consulting and guidance actions were carried out so that existing, as well as potential entrepreneurs could develop their ideas, promoting tourism in the wider region. Furthermore, the Partnership Opportunity Platform was created, which functions as an open directory (database) of the companies participating in the project in order to display their brand, activity, website and social media. During the project activities, the participants had the opportunity to network, meeting professionals in the sector with the aim to further develop their activity.
