Kick-Off meeting of the project with acronym eOUTLAND

The participants in the Kick-Off Meeting of eOUTLAND Project and Project Beneficiaries are: (LB) Network for the operational support and education of the volunteers associations in the field of Civil Protection against natural disasters, (PB2) Centre for Research and Technology Hellas/ Information Technologies Institute, (PB3) Regional Municipalities Association Maritza, (PB4) Institute of Information and Communication Technologies/ Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and (PB5) Municipality of Zlatograd.
            The meeting will be hosted by Regional Municipalities Association Maritza (PB3) in the History Hotel, Haskovo, Bulgaria, on the 18th and the 19th of December 2017. Each Project Beneficiary has confirmed the participation of its official representatives. The meeting will start at 11.30 on Monday (until 18.00) and will end on Tuesday at 14.00 (from 09.00).
            Project Beneficiaries’ representatives will have the chance to introduce their background, discuss the initial activities, milestones and define the time framework for actions to be implemented in the start-up period of the project. Also, cooperation deliverables as well as common initiatives will be put under careful consideration in order to achieve a successful evolution of the project.
