Project 'FLOODGUARD": Training Seminars: "Integrated Flood Risk Management - Immediate actions in case of floods, in riparian areas"

The Civil Protection Directorate of the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia-Thrace (DAMT) organizes in the frame of the Project “Integrated actions for joint coordination and responsiveness to flood risks in the Cross Border area” with the acronym FLOODGUARD,  implemented under the Cooperation Programme INTERREG VA «Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020», a series of six (6) recurring Training Seminars/Workshops: "Integrated Flood Risk Management - Immediate actions in case of floods, in riparian areas".

The Training Seminars/Workshops will take place in person in the city of Kavala, Greece and are targeted towards the employees of the local and regional administration as well as related stakeholders in the field (first responders such as firefighters/rescuers) designated to tackle floods in both participating countries (Greece-Bulgaria).
 
Specifically, during November-December 2021, 6 series of seminars will be held with the first seminar starting on Monday, November 15, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
