Project "RENOVATION": OPERA - WOLFGANG AMADEUS MOZART: DON GIOVANNI

Two-act opera to a libretto by Lorenzo da Ponte with Greek surtitles
 
In the framework of the project "RENOVATION", implemented under the Cooperation Programme Interreg VA "Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020" and in collaboration with the Municipalities of Lagkada and Hadjidimovo, the Thessaloniki Concert Hall presents for the first time Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s masterpiece Don Giovanni.

It is one of the most important creations of Western culture, inspired by the legend of the famous heartbreaker Don Juan, and will be presented on the stage of the Thessaloniki Concert Hall Organisation for four performances (November 27th, December 1st, December 3rd and December 5th). The admittance will be free for the public.

The direction is undertaken by the distinguished director Michał Znaniecki and famous Greek lyrical singers and contributors from both Greece and Bulgaria participate.

The opera takes place in the framework of the project "Local assets exploitation for the development of peripheral intercultural crossborder capacity" (RENOVATION) which has been and funded by the Cooperation Programme INTERREG VA "Greece - Bulgaria 2014 - 2020".
