D.4.2.1_Creative Hub Establishment
The Creative Hub is established and operated within the premises of SEPEE (PB2). It is open to fashion graduates, young designers and entrepreneurs, as well as start-ups from the fashion sector operating in the region, needing individual or group support through the implementation of consultation activities in focused fashion related topics or through the implementation of group sessions and workshops for the use of specialized IT and design tools. The main objective is to devote time to analyze their individual capacities and their individual needs and to orient them to the most suitable existing supportive actions that are in line with them. The analysis of their capacities and their needs is the result of a series of interviews with the counselors of the Creative Hub, while the diagnosis of their current state is also performed through tools like SWOT analysis. Following the diagnosis stage, the supportive consultation takes place in focused topics regarding the design and development of new fashion trends and collection patterns, creativity development, connecting heritage and new fashion trends analysis, as well as more general thematics such as branding, marketing, social media, technological update and potential sources of funding. The final step of the above-mentioned services is a follow-up with the consultation results and the monitoring of the progress made.
