Kosara-R Ltd – Tampouridis Eleftherious: Enhancing production capabilities through joint activities and cross-border cooperation

Project “Kosara-R Ltd – Tampouridis Eleftherious: Enhancing production capabilities through joint activities and cross-border cooperation” is implemented jointly by the Bulgarian company Kosara-R Ltd and the Greek company Tampouridis Eleftherious. The project has a total duration of 36 months and the expected outputs are:

It is expected that the investment plan will result in increase of production capacity of both enterprises; shortening production time; reduction of production costs; excluding the need for subcontracting; opening up opportunities for permanent entry into export markets and strengthen market positions respectively on Bulgarian and Greek ones. The cumulative effect of the investment will ensure the sustainable development of both participating organizations through expanding the market shares of the enterprises by reaching a larger number of customers in the cross-border area and beyond, increasing the competitive advantages, production capacity and sales revenues.

Kosara-R Ltd constructed a warehouse and logistics base with a showroom in Smolyan. The construction works of the 3 floors buidling started in 2021 and were concluded in 2023 (Commissioning of the building with Act 16 issued on 26.10.2023). The 1st floor includes: a storage room for fabrics and consumables with the possibility of entering vehicles for loading and unloading; 2 rooms for displaying prototypes from theproduction, one for each company participating in the project, and a room for janitorial, restrooms and a garage for 2 vehicles - vans. The 2nd floor includes: 1 storage room for finished products, with the possibility of entering vehicles for loading and unloading; 2 rooms for finishing and packaging of finished products; a technical room, sanitary facilities, a recreation area and staircase. The 3rd floor includes: 1 room dedicated to the administrative office and accounting of the company; 1 room dedicated to presentations and training of salesmen and employees; a bathroom attached to the office and a recreation area and staircase.

   

   

    

   

 

 

 

  

  

    


TAMPOURIDIS ELEFTHERIOS
The SME Tampouridis Eleftherios purchased new specialized high tech equipment (spreading machnine, cutting machine, embroidery machine, transport vehicle) to increase production capacity.

 

 

Moreover, PB2 purchased two softwares:
(1) the pylon ERP software, which provides reliable information and reports related to the financial inputs and outputs of the firm in a timely manner, while it facilitates the commercial management. More specifically, the entrepreneur has the ability to manage the purchases he makes, registering the invoices of the raw materials, the payments of these invoices, invoices to his customers and registering their payments and managing the firm’s treasury. To this effect, he gains better control over his transactions and commercial activity. In addition, this software is connected to the MyData platform of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) of Greece, through which the firms e-books are registered daily. Last but not least, this software enables the company to create financial statements, as provided by the National Accounting Standards.
(2) the Optitex software, which is suitable for the pattern creation and editing. The employer and the employees have the ability to create new patterns or edit the old ones, according to the preferences of the client. This software is connected to the cutting machine, on which some pieces of fabric are placed. Then, the design saved on this software is imprinted on the fabric, and the machine adjust it on an optimal way, so that the textile is not wasted.
